The Republicans in Illinois were running favorite son
Jack Ryan against Democrat Barrack Obama -- that is until it was revealed
that Ryan's wife divorced him because he took her to his favorite porn club
several times and tried
to force
her to have sex with him on stage (she refused and filed for divorce).
Now (August 9, 2004), with 12.5 million people in Illinois to choose from, the Illinois Republicans have selected Alan Keyes -- a Maryland resident who has never lived in or near Illinois -- to run against Obama. If we examine Keyes' record of public utterances we find this thing of beauty: QUOTE "I deeply resent the destruction of federalism represented by Hillary Clinton's willingness to go into a state she doesn't even live in and pretend to represent people there. So I certainly wouldn't imitate it." - Alan Keyes on Fox News, March 2000. END QUOTE Got that? Keyes tells us it's wrong for Hillary Clinton to move to New York and run for the Senate -- a thing he would not "imitate." So, just what is he doing now by running for the Senate from Illinois, which is not and has never been his home? How about that -- 12.5 million people in Illinois from which to choose and the best the Republicans can find is a pervert and they replace him with a hypocrite. |
